Pick up Policy
Thank you for shopping at our grocery store. We want to ensure that you have a convenient and smooth shopping experience with us, including our shipping process. Please note that we currently do not offer delivery services, but you can still order online and pick up your items at our store. Below is our pick-up policy:
All online orders will be processed within 1-2 hours. Once your order is ready for pick-up, we will notify you via email.
Pick-up Location and Hours
You can pick up your order at our store during our regular business hours. Location : 2040 70th Ave E, Fife, WA 98424. Daily from 7am to 10 pm.
When you arrive at our store to pick up your order, please go to the customer service desk and provide your order confirmation number. Our staff will retrieve your order and assist you with any questions or concerns.
Please pick up your order within 2-3 hours of receiving the pick-up notification. If you are unable to pick up your order within this timeframe, please contact us to make other arrangements.
If you need to make any changes to your order, such as adding or removing items, please contact us at least 3 hours before your scheduled pick-up time.
Cancellation and Refunds
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will issue a full refund for orders that are cancelled before the scheduled pick-up time.

Return & Exchange Policy
We do not accept returns without receipts, even to exchange for a like-priced item. We also do not accept returns on products that expired in the customer’s possession.
All returns must be left with a cashier prior to shopping, or they may not be honored.
Emish Market will happily refund your purchase if you have your original receipt and valid identification. In addition:
- The return must be within 30 days from the date of purchase
can only be returned provided the item has not been used and is in its original packaging, all parts are intact and clean and has the original warranty card.
- Alcohol returns can only be made at locations that sell that type of alcohol
- We require state-issued photo identification for returns. If you choose not to provide us with an ID, we will not accept the return. We reserve the right to not give refunds, even if the original receipt is presented.
At this time Emish Market does not:
- Accept returns or exchanges on bulk items in manufacturer’s 25 to 50-pound packages
- Accept returns or exchanges on special order products
- Accept returns or exchanges on products that have expired, if the product has expired while in customer possession
- Provides refunds on gift cards. All gift card sales are final.
